Five stars, and bring the carrots. My Hyundai Sonata Limited had a bit of a hiccup recently, and from the very first phone call, Southern Collision on Canton Road made the whole thing painless. I had the pleasure of speaking with Andrew, the manager — professional, welcoming, and genuinely reassuring. He offered me a same-day appointment to get my bumper put back where it belongs, no fuss and no upsell. What stood out most was the transparency and honesty. This is a shop that’s earned a reputation for doing right by people, and it shows in every interaction. Friendly, straightforward, and clearly proud of their work. If you’re looking for a body shop that treats you like a person and your car like it matters, go to Southern Collision. And do yourself a favor: bring a few carrots for Tony, the resident giant rabbit. He’s worth the visit all on his own. Highly recommend. Five stars from me and my Sonata.

Caleb and Steve were top notch with the service! You have a collision? Don’t look anywhere else, these guys are absolute best in what they do! I’m writing this review after an year of completion of their service and all I can say is the work they did on my car is better than what it was originally :) huge shoutout to these people for the professionalism and the art of putting things together again! I just got my car back after five months, and all I can say is—it looks amazing. You would never even know it had been in an accident. Huge thank you to Andrew and his team for being there every step of the way and sticking through such a long process. A little backstory: On October 23, 2025, I was on my way to the gym when a driver in a white Lexus ran a red light and hit me while I was turning left on green. He denied fault, and since there were no cameras, the cop couldn’t determine who was responsible. The next day, I went back to the area and found a gas station with a clear camera view showing he ran the red light—eventually proving he was at fault. His insurance initially said they would take care of everything, but they severely underestimated the damage—around $3,500 when it was actually closer to $13k–$14k. After going back and forth with them for what felt like forever and getting nowhere, I decided to go through my own insurance. Even though the accident wasn’t my fault, it was the only way to get things moving. I didn’t had rental cars and Ubers, which added up to about $2,500, and the repairs were finally completed. Last month, Southern Collision Works beautifully restored my Mazda CX-5. Evelyn was my main point of contact and she was absolutely wonderful from the initial price estimate all the way to the end when she handed me back my keys. I was most impressed with the color matching the team was able to do on my entire driver's side. Evelyn's communication with my insurance company was also fantastic! The work truly speaks for itself. I've had a bunch of impressed buddies ask me where I got it done. I look forward to recommending this place to any friend who might need help in the future. The Flemish Giant rabbit, Tony, in the office is adorable. I think of him often.

Just a few days after I got my new Jeep I was hit by another car in traffic. Many months pasted between the accident and the day I got the call that my Jeep had been repaired. I’d like to highlight the amazing service I received from Mr. Calab and the entire staff at Southern Collision Works between those two occurrences. As you can imagine dealing with insurance companies can be a huge headache but Mr. Calab advocated consistently on my behalf with the insurance company, communicated with us often to keep myself and my mom updated every step of the way and repaired my Jeep perfectly! We are so pleased with the service we received and the finished product. This company goes above and beyond for their customers which is very rare these days!
